Candle & Melts Subscription
Our monthly Candle and Melt boxes are perfect for candle and melt lovers looking to enjoy their home fragrance for less, with savings of 15% and delivery for only £1 each month. And with their beautiful presentation they also make an extra special gift for any candle lover.
Each month you will receive a gift wrapped parcel containing a different combination of fragrances which we will hand pick for you from our best sellers and seasonal favourites, although we are also happy to accommodate specific scent requests where possible and subject to stock levels.
Choose from:
Box A: two copper tin candles and one pack of 6 melts
Box B: one copper tin candle and two packs of 6 melts
Box C: two copper tin candles
Although we think you will love our fragrance selections, if you have any specific preferences or dislikes you'd like us to avoid you can include this information in the notes when placing your subscription or at any later stage by email and we will do our best to accommodate these where possible and subject to stock availability.

How do they work?
Our subscription boxes have a special delivery rate of £1 per month (with free doorstep delivery for eligible local postcodes). Payment will be taken on the same day every month - this will be the day on which you first set up your subscription. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.
Unless you cancel, subscriptions will automatically renew on the same day every month.
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFCATION PRIOR TO THIS AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.
When will I receive my subscription boxes?
We process our subscription boxes and send them out for delivery at the start of each month for payments received in the previous calendar month. You can therefore expect to receive your subscription box in the first week of each month - subject to any postal delays. You'll receive an email confirming when your box is on the way. Please note there may be occasions (e.g. holiday periods) when subscription boxes will be issued at an alternate time in the month, and where this will be the case we will give you advance notice.
First Subscription Box
Your first subscription box will follow the normal timings above, so that once payment has been received your subscription box will be issued in the first week of the following calendar month. Therefore in the event that you set up a subscription at the beginning of the month please be aware there will be a longer wait for your first box to be sent out at the start of the next month. If you would like us to alter the timing of your first box in order to receive it early, please contact us and we can make this one off arrangement - although be aware there will then be a longer period between receiving your first and second box.
What if I need to change my personal details or delivery address?
If you need to make any changes to an existing subscription please email us at info@littlegreencandle.co.uk with the requested changes. However please note that we require any delivery address changes to be received by the last working day of the month in order to be applied to the next month's delivery.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply email us at info@littlegreencandle.co.uk letting us know you'd like to cancel and we will cancel it for you with immediate effect. No notice is required, although please note that it isn't possible to cancel a box once payment for that month has already been received.
